Additional Disclosures
The financial statements have been prepared on a break‑up basis following the director decision to dissolve the company. Assets have been remeasured to net realisable value, with impairment losses recognised where appropriate. Inventory destroyed after the reporting date has been treated as an adjusting event and only the confirmed destroyed portion has been written down. A provision has been recognised for expected winding‑up costs, reflecting obligations arising from the planned dissolution.
