| INCORPORATION |
| The company was incorporated on 26 February 2025 . |
| PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY |
| The principal activity of the company in the period under review was that of other education. |
| DIRECTORS |
| The directors who have held office during the period from 26 February 2025 to the date of this report are as follows: |
| All the directors who are eligible offer themselves for election at the forthcoming first Annual General Meeting. |
| GRANTS RECEIVED |
| During the period the Foundation received a grant of £160,956 from the Diocese of Down & Connor. £34,063 of this was recorded as income in the current period with the balance included in other creditors for capital projects in the next period. |
| The Foundation was awarded a grant of £120,000 by Mary Ann McCracken Foundation for the period April 2025 to March 2027 on 29th Aug 2025. The first tranche of funding amounting to £30,000 was received in September 2025 and allocated for the period April 2025 to September 2025. £17,500 of this was recorded as income and spent in the current period. The remaining £7,500 of this funding relates to the next accounting period. |

| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Critical accounting judgements and key sources of estimation uncertainty |
| The directors do not believe there be be any critical judgements or estimations included in the financial statements. |
| Financial instruments |
| The company only has financial assets and financial liabilities of a kind that qualify as basic financial instruments. Basic financial instruments are initially recognised at transaction value and subsequently measured at their settlement value. |
| Debtors |
| Other debtors are recognised at the settlement amount due after any trade discount offered. Prepayments are valued at the amount prepaid net of any trade discounts due. |
| Creditors |
| Creditors and provisions are recognised where the company has a present obligation resulting from a past event that will probably result in the transfer of funds to a third party and the amount due to settle the obligation can be measured or estimated reliably. Creditors are normally recognised at their settlement amount after allowing for any trade discounts due. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the period end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
