Additional Disclosures
During the year, Flux CNC Studio Ltd provided loans to AMRJ Property Ltd, the balance at the year end was £15,660 (2024:£15,660). No interest is payable and the loans are repayable on demand. Alice Jacobs, Director and Shareholder, is also a Director and Shareholder of AMRJ Property Ltd. During the year, Flux CNC Studio Ltd received loans from Flux Laser Studio Ltd, the balance at the year end was £224 (2024: £0). No interest is payable and the loans are repayable on demand. Alice Jacobs, Director and Shareholder, is also a Director and Shareholder of Flux Laser Studio Ltd. The accounts were previously prepared under FRS102, however the company meets the criteria for preparation under FRS105 and the directors feel this is the most appropriate framework.
