For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
Sleekflow Technologies Company Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 13855447 . The registered office is Room 5, 2/F. 39-41 High Street, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 4BY.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The company is dependent on the continued financial support of its immediate parent undertaking, SLEEKFLOW TECHNOLOGIES INC. , to meet its obligations as they fall due. The parent undertaking has indicated its intention to continue providing financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have considered the parent undertaking's ability to provide this support. Based on this assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
2.3. Foreign Currencies
Monetary assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate ruling on the date of the transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating profit.

6. Related Party Transactions
During the year, the Company entered into transactions with a fellow subsidiary undertaking of its parent company. The transactions relate mainly to expenses paid by the fellow subsidiary on behalf of the Company.
The amount outstanding to the fellow subsidiary at the year end was £417,745 (2025: £330,000). The balance is unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand.
No other related party transactions requiring disclosure were entered into during the year.
