1 Statutory information
The company is a private company, limited by shares and is registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is 18 Obama Grove, Rogerstone, Newport, Gwent, NP10 9NP.
2 Accounting policies
2.1 Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2 Going concern disclosure
There are material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern but the going concern basis remains appropriate.
2.3 Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when goods have been delivered to customers such that risks and rewards of ownership have transferred to them. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs.
2.4 Investment properties
Investment property is included at fair value. Changes in fair value are recognised in the profit and loss account.
3 Average number of employees
