The principal activity of the company is Homecare Workers’ Group C.I.C trading as Homecare Voices is a not-for-profit network of current and former domiciliary care workers in the UK. Our activities encompass peer support, sign-posting and advocacy.

Company activities and impact

In the financial year to which this report relates (March 2025 to February 2026), Homecare Workers’ Group C.I.C (trading as Homecare Voices) welcomed 350 current or former homecare workers into its community of peer support and advocacy. Our activities in this period which were of direct benefit to the community include managing 24/7 access to a secure online peer support network and building relationships with external stakeholders in order to secure opportunities for members of our community to have their voices heard in research and policy spaces.

Consultation with stakeholders

Our company’s stakeholders are members of our community, members of our internal advisory board and our Company Directors. We consult with our stakeholders via ongoing communication including polling and surveys about key issues; pro-active consultation with members in relation to day-to-day and strategic decision-making; quarterly consultation with our internal advisory board, and; quarterly consultation with Company Directors. The company keeps detailed records of all feedback from its consultations and implements feedback as appropriate.

Directors' remuneration

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £13,650.30. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
