The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year advances of £40,732 (2025: £76,219) and repayments of £51,341 (2025: £43,137) were made in respect of the Directors Loan Accounts. The year end balance was 8,963 owed from the business (2025: £1,647 owing to the business). The loans are repayable on demand and interest is charged at 2.25% on any debtors balances.
