Going concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In determining the appropriate basis of preparation of the financial statements, the directors have considered whether the company can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have reviewed the company’s financial position and cash flow forecasts and are satisfied that the company has sufficient resources to continue trading for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
