During this financial year, Dripset Foundation CIC has continued to deliver meaningful social value by providing an easy going, creative, and supportive space for members of the community for the past 3-4 years. Our facilities and programmes have enabled individuals to express themself freely within the space. They come and find new freinds and also help our community to find employment within the music industry. The space allows those to build up the confidence to apply themself musically and look for people they can build with an include those from different backgrounds. The opportunities for jobs in this communnity opens up to many different avenues wether that be for aspiring engineers/Producers or song writers.
Dripset Foundation CIC engages closely with its core stakeholders, who include young people active in the local music community, emerging creative professionals, and regular participants of our music programmes. Our stakeholders represent a diverse range of creative disciplines, including songwriting, vocal performance, music production, engineering, and photography. The organisation is also guided by the expertise of our project manager, a charting music producer and director who works directly with young people to develop their creative and technical skills. Throughout the financial year, we have consulted stakeholders through ongoing dialogue, structured feedback, and collaborative programme development. Members of the team and wider community are regularly asked for input on how we can strengthen the safety, accessibility, and inclusivity of our space, as well as how we can expand the resources available to support personal and professional growth.
