1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in Northern Ireland. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland including Section 1A Small Entities.

	Turnover policy
	Turnover is recognised to the extent that the Company obtains the right to consideration in exchange for its performance. Turnover comprises the fair value of the consideration received and receivable, exclusive of trade discount. Where the consideration receivable in cash or cash equivalents is deferred and the arrangements constitute a financing transaction, the fair value of the consideration is measured as the present value of all future receipts using the imputed rate of interest. Turnover from the provision of services is recognised in the accounting period in which the services are rendered and the outcome of the contract can be estimated reliably. The Company uses the percentage of completion method based on the actual service performed as a percentage of the total services to be provided.

The liabilities are classified as current obligations in the statement of financial position because they are expected to be settled wholly within twelve months after the end of the period.

Non-monetary items that are measured at historical cost are translated at the rate ruling at the date of the transaction. All differences are charged to profit or loss.

5.	Controlling party
	The immediate parent undertaking and ultimate controlling party is Loanitt Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland (company number 643708), which owns 100% of the company's issued share capital. The registered office of Loanitt Limited is Unit 6, Hebron House, MacDonagh Station, Hebron Road, Kilkenny.

6.	Prior period policy changes
	The directors reviewed the classification of the subordinated loan due to the parent undertaking. As a result, the comparative figures have been restated to reclassify £190,602 previously included within equity to long-term creditors. The restatement affects presentation only and has no impact on the company's reported profit, loss, or cash flows.
