Mr D Shields, Director, has introduced funds into the company by way of an interest free loan, total amount owed to director at the end of the year was £69,148 (£70,846; 2024). The repayment terms for this loan have not yet been discussed, however, it is believed that mutualy agreeable terms can, and will, be setteld upon at some point in the future.
For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
