AGREEMENT OF THE MEMBER OF MINEHEAD SPECSAVERS LIMITED (REGISTERED WITH COMPANY NUMBER 07088175) (COMPANY) TO THE AUDIT EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION 479A OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2006.

We, being all the members of the Company, agree for the purposes of section 479A(2)(a) of the Companies Act 2006 to the Company adopting the exemption from audit under section 479A of the Companies Act 2006 for the financial year ending 2026-02-28. This agreement relates to the audit exemption under section 479A of the Companies Act 2006 and is provided by all members of the Company. No Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) member approval is applicable to this Company.
