PART 1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT

Tipton Housing activities will provide benefit to local communities by providing affordable and well maintained housing for vulnerable individuals who claim universal credit or any other type of benefit. The company will also provide basic support to these individuals while they reside at one of Tipton Housing rooms. This support will help them with homelessness, alcohol misuse and drug misuse and become independent members of society.

PART 2 - CONSULTATIONS WITH STAKEHOLDERS

There has been no stakeholder consultation held.

PART 3 - DIRECTORS' REMUNERATION

No remuneration was received by any of the directors.

PART 4 - TRANSFER OF ASSETS OTHER THAN FOR FULL CONSIDERATION

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration has been made.

PART 5 - INTEREST PAID AT A PERFORMANCE-RELATED RATE

There was no interest paid at a performance-related rate.
