NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026

1.Accounting policies

1.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

1.2

Going concern

The accounts have been prepared on a break-up basis as the director does not consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting.

The company has disposed of all of its manufacturing equipment and other operating assets and is no longer carrying on its trading activities. The director's intention is to close the company once the ongoing legal dispute has been resolved. Accordingly, it is considered that the company has neither the intention nor the ability to continue trading for the foreseeable future.

The assets and liabilities have therefore been recognised and measured on the basis that the company will cease trading and realise its assets and settle its liabilities in the normal course of winding up.
