The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
As at 31st December 2025, the director held an overdrawn loan balance of £103,987.74. During the year, repayments were made to reduce the overdrawn position, and the remaining balance was fully repaid within 9 months of the financial year-end. No interest was charged on the balance, and no guarantees were given or subsisting during the period.
