In the past year the company has continued to provide a popular monthly market which supports local traders to set up an enterprise, it has also supported children and young people to learn how to make and sell products. We continue to provide an affordable mix of products not found locally in shops. We have held two large festivals which provided free activities to many families and we have held additional markets that showcase local artists and vintage collectors. We organised a free family event called FinsFest in partnership with a local community group. We continue to partner with the local repair cafe that is working to reduce waste by fixing items every month on the same date as the market. We hire local youth as our set up crew many of whom find it hard to find employment.
We continue to meet with directors, with local community groups and speak to local residents and customers. We communicate frequently with the local council and services.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £12,290. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors which require disclosing.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
