The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 5).
Additional Disclosures
Called Up Share Capital During the year, the company purchased 970 of its own ordinary £0.10 shares from a director for an aggregate consideration of £257,590. The shares represent 86% of the company's called-up share capital. The shares were cancelled immediately upon purchase. The nominal value of the cancelled shares, totalling £97, has been transferred to a Capital Redemption Reserve in accordance with Section 733 of the Companies Act 2006. The premium paid on the buyback of £257,493 was funded entirely out of distributable profits. Related Party Transactions During the financial year, the company purchased 470 of its own ordinary £0.10 shares from Andrew Foreman, a director of the company, for a total cash consideration of £124,812. The transaction was carried out on an arm's length basis. At the balance sheet date, £nil remained outstanding to the director.
