Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Basis of preparation and treatment of non‑monetary assistance:
- These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro‑entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 (The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro‑entities Regime). The accounts are prepared on the historical cost basis. Non‑monetary assistance (training and support) received during the period has been disclosed where relevant but has not been recognised as income or as an asset because it does not meet the recognition criteria under FRS 105 for micro‑entities.
