During the financial year, Women of Fortitude CIC continued to benefit the community by supporting womenparticularly those who are vunerable, isolated,disadvantaged or seeking to improve their personal and economicwellbeing. The company provided opportunities for women to connect, socialise and network, while also encouraging confidence, skills development and entrepreneurship. Through community activities, networking opportunities, business support and wellbeing-focused initiatives, women were able to access information, build relationships and develop their skills. The CIC also encouraged women to share their experiences support one another and explore opportunities for employment, self employment and personal development. All activities were undertaken for the benefit of the community and in line with the CIC's community interest objectives.
