Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period, the company made an advance to a director which constituted an overdrawn director's loan account. The maximum amount outstanding during the year was £2,754. The loan was interest-free, unsecured, and repayable on demand. As of 31st January 2026, the balance outstanding was £1,467. This balance has been fully repaid to the company within 9 months of the financial year-end.
