Company activities and impact

BeRevitalise CIC – Annual Report 2025/2026 The principal activity of the Community Interest Company is to support individuals and communities to prioritise their health, wellbeing and resilience. Founded with the belief that everyone deserves access to wellbeing support that is culturally competent, inclusive and community-led, we’ve worked tirelessly to provide safe spaces for growth and community connection. Our vision is simple but powerful: to revitalise communities by investing in people’s health, confidence and sense of belonging. During the reporting period, the Company did not undertake any trading activities or deliver any community benefit projects. The Company remained dormant due to exceptional personal circumstances affecting the directors, which prevented the planned commencement of activities. The directors remain committed to the Company’s community interest objectives and intend to review opportunities to recommence activities when circumstances permit.
