The company has opted not to file the profit and loss account in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

General information

Radston Property Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 16061081. The registered office address is 4th Floor, Elsley Court, 20-22 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 8BE.
 
The principal activity of the company during the period was that of property investment

The company was incorporated on 5 November 2024 and commenced trading on the same date.

During the period, the company extended its accounting reference date from 30 November 2025 to 31 December 2025. 

2.Accounting policies

 
2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The company's functional and presentational currency is pound sterling.

The following principal accounting policies have been applied:

Turnover

Turover is recognised to the extent that it is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the company and the turnover can be reliably measured. Turover is measured as the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. The following criteria must also be met before turnover is recognised:

Rental income

Rental income from a contract is recognised in the period in which the tenancy is provided in accordance with the stage of completion of the contract when both of the following conditions are satisfied:
the amount of turnover can be measured reliably;
it is probable that the company will receive the consideration due under the contract;

Interest income

Interest income is recognised in profit or loss using the effective interest method.

2.4

Taxation

Tax is recognised in profit or loss except that a charge attributable to an item of income and expense recognised as other comprehensive income or to an item recognised directly in equity is also recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity respectively.

The current income tax charge is calculated on the basis of tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date in the countries where the company operates and generates income.

 
2.5

Investment property

Investment property is carried at fair value determined annually either by directors or external valuers and derived from the current market rents and investment property yields for comparable real estate, adjusted if necessary for any difference in the nature, location or condition of the specific asset. No depreciation is provided. Changes in fair value are recognised in the profit and loss account.

 
2.6

Debtors

Short-term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment.

 
2.7

Cash and cash equivalents

Cash is represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more than 24 hours.

 
2.8

Creditors

Short-term creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities, including bank loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.

 
2.9

Financial instruments

The company only enters into basic financial instrument transactions that result in the recognition of financial assets and liabilities like trade and other debtors and creditors, loans from banks and other third parties and loans from/to related parties.

Included in other debtors is £122,430 owed by a company with common controlling directors. The loan is interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand.

Post balance sheet event

Subsequent to the year end, on 31 March 2026, the company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Radston Limited. This transaction did not affect the company’s financial position at the balance sheet date and has not been reflected in these financial statements.
