Director's advances, credits and guarantees
In the period the director operated a loan account with the company. The closing balance of the loan which was owed to the director was £1,025. The loan is interest free and repayable upon demand.
For the period ending 30 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476
