| 9. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| During the year ended 31st March 2026, one of the Company's leaseholders complained of poor service regarding a plumbing problem. The leaseholder's solicitors issued a letter in accordance with the Pre-action Conduct to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998. The plumbing works were completed by 31st March 2026, and followed by a further solicitor's letter on behalf of the leaseholder demanding costs of £5,823, to be paid within 14 days. The board agreed that it was reasonable that these costs should be met and asked HML PM, who are responsible for managing the Braemar property, to pay them. It was not possible to come to an agreement with HML PM within the time frame set by the leaseholder's solicitors, so the chairman paid the costs out of his own funds, indemnifiable by the Company. HML PM agreed subsequently to pay the costs and has re-imbursed the chairman. The Company has not incurred any expense as a result. |
