The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit and loss account under section 444 (5A) Companies Act 2006.

1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102 Section 1A as it applies to the financial statements for the period and there were no material departures from the reporting standard.

	Revenue from sale of goods
	Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs.

Revenue from sale of goods

Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer. 	Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
	Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost or valuation less depreciation. No depreciation was charged in the year, as all fixed assets were sold at the end of the previous financial year.

	Stocks and work in progress
	Inventories are valued at the lower of cost and estimated selling price (less any associated costs to enable such sales to complete). All stock was sold at the end of the prior financial year to a related party (IntoCleaning Limited) - of which Simon Payne is the sole-director and ultimate controlling party.

	Short term creditors are measured at transaction price (which is usually the invoice price). Loans and other financial liabilities are initially recognised at transaction price net of any transaction costs and subsequently measured at amortised cost determined using the effective interest method.

7.	Obligations under finance leases
	The company entered into a finance lease for a vehicle. The outstanding balance due within one year is £NIL (2024 : £4,369). The balance due within 3 years is £NIL (2024: £4,369). On settlement of the final payment, ownership of the vehicle passes to the company. The lease vehicle was transferred at the year end to an associated party (Into Cleaning LTD), therefore leaving a balance of £NIL at the year end owed by Simple Hygiene Solutions LTD.

Obligations under finance leases

The company entered into a finance lease for a vehicle. The outstanding balance due within one year is £NIL
(2024 : £4,369). The balance due within 3 years is £NIL (2024: £4,369). On settlement of the final payment, ownership of the
vehicle passes to the company.

The lease vehicle was transferred at the year end to an associated party (Into Cleaning LTD), therefore leaving a balance of £NIL at the year end owed by Simple Hygiene Solutions LTD.

8.	Related party transactions
	During the year the company incurred a management charge from IntoCleaning LTD of £1,250 per month, representing staff and distribution costs used by Simple Hygiene Solutions Limited. This arrangement ceased in August 2023. IntoCleaning LTD is a business in which Simon Payne is a director and 65% shareholder of. The balance owed from IntoCleaning LTD, included in amounts owed from related parties at year end is £19,982 (2025 - (£13,473)). The balance now owed to Into Maintenance, included in amounts owed to related parties at the year end is £0 (2025 - £2,274). Into Maintenance is a sole trade business run by Simon Payne. Simple Hygiene Solutions LTD ceased trading at 31st January 2025. No trade was included in the year under review due to all trade, assets and stock transferring to IntoCleaning during the prior year.

Related party transactions
