4. Principal Activity
Principal activity is as a general building and construction company acting as Principal Contractor on specific projects within the London area. The company has managed to navigate a difficult trading period where world events have increased UK construction uncertainty and costs significantly. Although this impacts on confidence within the sector we believe we can secure future work with those clients that are still moving forward.
