1. General Information
First 4 Vans (Hire) Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 13219809 . The registered office is Langshott Service Station, Smallfield Road, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9AU.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
At the balance sheet date, the company had net liabilities arising from accumulated losses. The director has reviewed the company’s financial position and, based on the continued financial support of the director, is satisfied that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.

During the year, the company was recharged expenses of £100,215 (2025: £Nil) by a company related by virtue of common control. The company also waived a loan balance of £115,000 due from a related company. At the year end, the total amount due from companies related by virtue of common control was £100,644 (2025: £Nil). The balance is unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand.
