2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Basis of preparation: the accounts have been prepared under FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. Turnover is recognised when services are provided. Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation, charged on a straight-line basis over three years.

Prior year adjustment: the comparative figures for the year ended 30 September 2024 have been restated to correct an error in the previously reported current assets. Restated net assets at 30 September 2024 are £7,207 (previously reported £22,382).
