This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Going concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. The validity of this assumption depends on the director and shareholder continuing to provide adequate financial support by not seeking repayments of the amounts owed to them. The director has indicated that they will provide such support and accordingly he believes it is appropriate to prepare financial statements on a going concern basis.
