1. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
The company was under the control of the director and 60% shareholder, Dr I O Mosaku throughout the current and previous period. The daughters of Dr Mosaku are 40% shareholders.
During the period the company received and transferred funds from and to SRA Coverstaff limited, a company controlled by Dr Mosaku, and which also paid expenses on behalf of Merin Homes Ltd. At the balance sheet date £185,081 (2025 - £176,993) was owed to SRA Coverstaff Limited, and this balance is disclosed in the creditors note in the financial statements.
