During the financial year ending 30 November 2025, ABS Global Foundation CIC remained in its initial pre operational and development stage. The company did not begin trading or deliver community facing activities during the financial year and, consequently, no direct community benefit was delivered during this period. The company opened a community bank account and received £20 in unconditional, non refundable contributions from its founder to begin building a small reserve for its future activities. No expenditure was incurred during the financial year. The company intends to develop sustainable income generating activities, including the sale of textiles, clothing and footwear through stalls and markets, and food or cafe related activities. These activities are intended to support the company’s wider community objectives, including community engagement, educational and skills acquisition workshops, fundraising, and practical support for young people, homeless people, less privileged individuals and the wider community. The company intends to develop these plans progressively and begin delivering community benefit activities when sufficient resources and suitable opportunities are available.
