1 Statutory information

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
As at the balance sheet date included in creditor amounts falling due within one year is a balance of £1458 owed to the director by the company. This amount is interest-free and payable on demand.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 1.
For the period ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
