Additional Disclosures
The company has opted to prepare accounts under Financial Reporting Standard 105. The accounting impact of this has been to remove deferred tax from the accounts. The financial statements for the prior year have been restated which has increased net assets by £133 as at 30th November 2024 and decreased the profit in the prior period by £99.
