3 Prior year adjustment

The comparative figures have been restated to correct errors identified in the prior period. Hire purchase liabilities were overstated by £16,847 and VAT liabilities were overstated by £12,648. The effect of these corrections is to reduce liabilities and increase opening reserves by £29,495.
