During the year ended 30 September 2025 the director paid expenses of £28,985 (2024: £32,436) on behalf of the company. The director made loan repayments of £69,134 (2024: £17,125) and the company advanced the director £89,922 (2024: £2,357) during the year. At the year end the balance due to the company was £16,650 (2024: £24,402). Interest of £445 (2024: £1,158) was charged on this balance at 2.25% until 6 April 2025 when the official interest rate for beneficial loans moved to 3.75%.

On 13 January 2025, the company changed its name from Dynamite Consultancy Limited to Arthurian Ventures Limited. Subsequently, on 13 January 2025 the company changes its name to Arthurian Capital Limited.

For the year ended 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
