The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made an advance to its director, Mrs M Chandler, of £8,000 (2024: £nil), in anticipation of a dividend. No interest was charged on the advance and no formal terms of repayment were agreed. Taking this advance together with other amounts due to and from the director in the ordinary course of the year, the amount due from the director at 31 December 2025 was £6,809.80 (2024: amount due to the director of £1,429.59). The largest amount outstanding on the account at any point during the year was £8,000. Since the year end, a dividend has been declared and is being applied to clear the balance in full.
