The financial statements are presented in sterling which is the functional and presentational currency of the company and rounded to the nearest £.
During the year, the company adopted FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, having previously prepared its financial statements under FRS 102 Section 1A. As a result of the transition, deferred tax is no longer recognised and the previous revaluation of fixed assets has been reversed, as FRS 105 does not permit the revaluation model. The cumulative effect of these changes has been recognised as an adjustment to opening retained earnings at the date of transition.

The directors consider that the company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.
