Company activities and impact

Mindful Mum's has benefited women (mainly mothers) in Chipping Norton and the surrounding area over the past financial year through providing a holistic support group. Meeting regularly the group provides a safe space to talk about anxieties, issues in peoples lives, explore resolutions to these issues, share helpful experiences and helps to reduce social isolation and anxiety that many of those attending experience.

Consultation with stakeholders

We regularly request feedback from those attending our group sessions on the activities they would like us to run and the topics they want to explore, either as a group or through inviting experts along to share their knowledge.
