Additional Disclosures
During the year the company received net loans of £56,000 from Obsgynae Healthcare UK Ltd, a company controlled by the director. At the balance sheet date, the balance owed to Obgynae Healthcare UK Ltd was £209,592 (2024: £153,592). The loan is interest free. During the year the company loaned Lightstone Holdings Ltd, a company controlled by the director, £1,529 (2024: £1,254). The loan is interest free and repayable on demand. During the year the company paid rent of £6,000 (2024: £3,500) to Lightstone Holdings Ltd, a company controlled by the director. The balance sheet shows net liabilities of £188,666 (2024: £145,681). The director confirms that the company will be financially supported by its shareholders for the foreseeable future and, therefore, the going concern basis of preparation is appropriate.
