3. Investment Property
Investment property, which is a property held to earn rental income, is measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided on the buildings element on a straight-line basis over its estimated useful life and is recognised in the profit and loss account. Freehold land is not depreciated as it is considered to have an unlimited useful life 
For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
