Inspired Community Group CIC is a community interest company established to support young people in understanding and accessing future career opportunities. The organisation delivers careers information, advice and guidance through partnerships with schools, employers and volunteers, with a particular focus on raising aspirations and improving employability outcomes. The company works to “stimulate minds about future careers” by providing structured careers education activities, including one-to-one guidance, workshops, events and employer engagement. Inspired Community Group CIC operates as a not-for-profit social enterprise, reinvesting any surplus into the development and expansion of its services.
