2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Depreciation is provided on computer equipment on a straight-line basis over three years.

Other accounting policies
The comparative figures for the year ended 31 December 2024 have been restated to correct the accounting treatment of a computer purchased for the company and funded personally by a director. The asset has been recognised as a tangible fixed asset, the corresponding amount due to the director has been recognised as a creditor, and depreciation has been recognised over the estimated useful economic life of the asset.
