Year Ending: 30 November 2025

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, the company benefited the community by using dance and creative arts as a means of increasing access to positive activities, building confidence and encouraging social inclusion. Through affordable and accessible dance opportunities, the company supported children and young people, particularly those from underserved and lower-income communities, to participate in structured physical and creative activities. The company provided dance teaching, workshops and community activities across a range of styles, including ballet, street dance, contemporary and jazz. These activities helped participants develop physical fitness, creativity, discipline, confidence, teamwork and self-expression, while providing a safe and positive environment in which they could learn and build relationships. The company also sought to reduce financial barriers to participation by keeping activities affordable and reinvesting income into its community-focused work. Its approach encouraged participation from children and families who may otherwise have limited access to dance and performing arts opportunities. In addition, the company supported the development of young people through performance opportunities, workshops and engagement with dance beyond the traditional classroom setting. Through its community-focused ethos, the company continued to use dance as a tool for inclusion, personal development and positive social engagement, with the wider aim of bringing communities together and creating greater access to the arts.
