| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| Tangible fixed assets are initially recognised at cost. After initial recognition tangible assets are measured at cost less any accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses.Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. |

| Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |

| Bank loans | 127,233 |
| The company has in place a long term secured loan used for commercial financing purposes. The loan is repayable over a period of 25 years by monthly instalments of capital and interest. Interest is fixed for an initial period of 24 months at 7.74% per annum, after which it becomes variable based on the lender's managed rate plus a product margin. |
| The loan is secured by a standard security over property and by personal guarantees provided by the directors. At the balance sheet date, the loan is classified between current and non current liabilities in accordance with the company's repayment schedule. |
| 8. | SECURED DEBTS |
| At the balance sheet date, the company had two registered charges outstanding. |
| On 1 September 2025 and 4 September 2025, the company granted security in favour of Together Commercial Finance Limited. The security comprises: |
| - a fixed charge over land and buildings; and |
| - a floating charge over the company's undertaking and all other assets, present and future. |
| The charges secure the company's obligations under a long term loan facility. There were no charges satisfied or released during the year. |
