Transactions with directors
Current assets include loans to the directors of £62,138 (2025 - £32,703). The maximum amount outstanding on the loans during the year was £62,138 (2025 - £32,703). Interest at the rate of 3.75% (2025 - 2.25%) per annum is payable. The loans were repaid by 24 August 2026.
For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
