2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
During the year the directors, S Lockey and H P Lockey had repaid a directors loan of £5,178. The original loan was unsecured and repayable on demand. Interest was charged at the official rate. The maximum amount outstanding during the year was £29,664. The amount outstanding at 30 November 2024 was £24486 (2023 - £29664).
3 Average number of employees

For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
