Other creditors includes loans of £237,832 (2024: £237,832) from Grand Hotel Ltd, a company which is a family related business. This loan is not interest bearing and is repayable on demand. Other debtors includes loan of £47,881 (2024: £41,412) to United Property Developments Limited, a company of which Mr R Kohli and Mrs K Kohli are also directors. This loan is not interest bearing and is repayable on demand.
