2. PARENT UNDERTAKING

The ultimate controlling party is Cope & Co Holdings Limited, a company registered in Great Britain. Its address is Hill Park Caravans, Pentlepoir, Saundersfoot, United Kingdom, SA69 9BH.

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:
