The Sonic Space has started to build two programmes designed to support young people who are living with mental health challenges including anxiety, neurodivergence, depression and/or a sense of feeling different or set apart from those around them. The two projects are Sonic Pathways - individual or small group support to help young people develop and progress into creative careers. This includes consideration of Arts Awards and other accessible accreditations to achieve a sense of purpose alongside work experience and training. The second programme is the Sonic Stream - the development of an online digital station produced, programmed and presented by the target group of young people.
The Sonic Space team have liaised with young people facing the challenges of those they’re looking to support to gain feedback on both the support they feel would be practical and to ensure the language used is appropriate to engage with them in a compassionate yet not condescending manner. The team has also worked with existing support organisations to help disseminate information about the programmes’ activities to help enhance engagement.
Jack Hertzberg has received remuneration but only for the delivery of the Sonic Pathways services. None of the Directors have been remunerated for their role as directors.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
