Company activities and impact

Following our official launch of TIPS in 2023 we have continued to work with a limited client base. We have made a very small (£27.22) profit this year with an income of just over £3000. We have continued to establish our presence in the area, published a second book with Taylor & Francis and began to deliver training on behalf of linked organisation. We have paid for supervision/professional fees for the client work that has been carried out and purchased resources to support our training offering. We have applied for a 3rd book proposal (approved) and this year are focusing on developing CPD training for local counsellors

Consultation with stakeholders

We have continued to liaise with stakeholders, local charities and education establishments and national qualification accreditors (CPCAB) to brief them on our work and ensure that we are moving in the right direction.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
